Returns:

There is a 20% restocking fee for any returned item. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you with your claim. Shipping charges and related insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or credited. All exchanges and returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without prior approval and an RMA number will be refused. US Tech Electronics has full SSL security for all orders submitted over the internet. You will enter the secure portion of our site when you checkout of our store, you will be able to see that you are in a secure, encrypted mode by noticing that in Internet Explorer a lock icon appears on the status bar and in Netscape the security lock icon on the button bar and on the bottom of the page is now locked. Once in this secure mode, your submissions to our site are encrypted with 128-bit encryption and secure from outside users. Once we receive your orders, we retrieve them only through the same secure connection ensuring that your private and credit card information is secure throughout this process. We can also take orders over the phone if you prefer. We accept money orders, cashiers checks, Visa, MC, and PayPal.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Most of our orders are shipped via UPS ground shipping to the lower 48 states. If you prefer express shipping, there is an additional charge.  Orders placed over weekends and holidays will typically ship the next business day.  NOTE:  All screens are shipped from our factory in Indiana.  Please allow 7-10 business days for your screen to arrive. If you need your screen sooner, please email us for a quote on express shipping to your area. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For all International orders and orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us for a shipping quote.

US Tech Electronics is required to charge sales/use tax for shipments to Arizona (8.10%).

Most Da-Lite screens and Draper screens come with a one year factory warranty against defects. If you have a question about a specific item's warranty, please contact us.

For those persons submitting orders, your email address will be added to our mailing list.

No Release of Information to Third Parties. Personal information will not be released to third parties except if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide personal information to third parties.
