PAYMENTS: We accept payments via Wire Transfer or US Credit Cards.

Wire Transfer
Please include name, company, shipping address and a telephone number. 
We will send you our bank transfer information via email when you are ready to place your order.

Credit Card 
We accept Visa, MC and AMEX. You must complete our charge authorization form and fax it back to us at 602-788-8888.

YOU MUST INCLUDE:

• Copies of 2: valid passport, valid drivers license or valid ID card.
  
• Copy of Front and back of credit card showing signature on back.   
  
• Billing address for credit card for verification.
  
• Bank phone number listed on back side of credit card for verification.  
  
• Shipping address.
  
• NO International Credit cards will be accepted.

SHIPPING:

We can ship your package via UPS, FedEx, or to your choice of a freight forwarding service. WE WILL NOT SHIP VIA the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you have an account with UPS or FedEx, we can bill to your account number.

Freight Forwarders are independently operated. Contact them for specific information and quotes.  

INSURANCE:

All products are shipped FOB Shipping Point. The buyer is responsible for shipping insurance and freight costs. We cannot accept any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.  If you would like to purchase freight insurance please notify us at the time of purchase.  

DUTY and TAXES:

Duty charges, import taxes, or value added tax (VAT) might be applicable in your country. Please call your customs office for details. WE WILL NOT PUT FALSE VALUE AMOUNTS ON YOUR CUSTOMS FORM. Please do not ask us to undervalue your item or label it as a gift.
